I have suffered from this awful problem over the last ten years. However recently I have found something which helps enormously. Do this three times - take a large breath from the diaphram i.e. deep down in the lower part of the lungs, and hold for 30 - 50 seconds. Try it, its drug free, it works for me and I hope it works for you.
