I'm an EMT and can't say that I've had a heart patient describe their pain quite like that. A heart attack feels more like really bad indigestion or a tightening in the chest. The pain then radiates down the right arm. I hope this eases your mind some. It sounds like you you injured something though! You could have pulled a ligament in your shoulder or even dislocated it. I would see a doctor ASAP! If your injury is serious you may need to see an Orthopedic surgeon. Good Luck! Kimb
