If you are having a hard time sleeping, try asking your doctor about your mask. My mask is MIRAGE by Resmed--I've been told that it is one of the more comfortable masks. My brother in law was just recently put on one and has the same comfort complaint. Don't knock the treatment though--I have gotten so much better sleep with it.
