I also have dry eyes,but my eyes water all the time. I couldn't use plugs because my bottom tear ducts were too large, so I had the bottom ones cauterized. It was fine for awhile but now they seem to water all time. I have tried every eye drop out there. I wear glasses and my eyes don't water as much when I take them off, but I can't read at all. If anyone knows where I can find relief, I would really appreciate it,.
