I am a physical therapist with a new patient diagnosed 4 years ago with fibromyalgia. I am seeing her at home, due to her disability. I have been approved for 2-3 visits to instruct her in a home exercise program. Other than gentle stretching exercises, does anyone have any suggestions. I don't have many visits authorized, so will not be able to try too many different things and truly assess her tolerance for exercise. Would appreciate any suggestions.
