I too have had a total right hip replacement and the surgeon told me that I would never be able to bend over as far as I used to or squat like I used too and he was very well right. I have had mine for 2 years and just jammed or popped it out of place just a couple of months ago and now if I stand or walk for a short period of time I am in such pain that that it feels like it was before my surgery and doesn't seem to be getting any better and I am only 51
