What you have found is lympadenopathy(enlarged lymph nodes)and they can occur in many conditions including lymphoma which are the primary diseases of the lymph nodes.my advice would be consult a surgeon or an oncologist as they will confirm the diagnosis by taking (aspirating) some fluid from the lumps(FNAC).this is diagnostic in most cases.then treatment can be started mostly radiotherapy.but keep your fingers crossed it might turn out to be nothing.
