Sorry to have to tell you this, but there is no cure for peripheral neuropathy. Pain killers help a bit, and vitamen B2 helps a bit, but otherwise nothing much can be done. What one DOES have to do though, it to inspect one's feet daily, for if a diabetic picks up a foot infection (very easy to do) this could result in the loss of a foot or a leg unless action is taken very promptly.
