I have had vertigo a number of times. It was frightening as I would have to grab the chair I was sitting on to keep from falling out...it seemed. Two doctors said no known cause but I think it was a combo of Glucophage and Lipitor and I discontinued Lipitor and reduced Glucophage...no more vertigo.
