Hi, I am also now on agrylin. I was on Hydrea. They are still trying to find the right dosage for me. I've had a blood clot on my lung because of this and just got out of the hospital two months ago because my plateletts were so high they thought i may have had a small stroke. I also get bad migrains when my platlets are high and my hands and arms go numb..What kind of prognosis is your doctor giving you? They say there is no cure and they don't know what causes it. Let me know if the agrylin is keeping your platlets at a stable level and if so what dosage are you at? Sincerly, Ila
