No I am not young, I will be 39 in February. I have decided to have it done but I am putting it of until after the first of the year. I already know its going to be hard for me because I smoke, and I already don't drink a lot of water so trying to make me drink water when it hurts to swallow is going to take an act of God. Can someone please tell me what kind of pain meds they give you. I have already inquired if they make liquid morphine at the pharmacy. I have been trying to contact my ENT all week but they haven't returned my call. I'm real concerned about the meds. Because I have a real low tolerance for pain. I don't understand how they expect you to take pain meds if you cant swallow them. Please tell me how long can I expect to be off work.
