I rid myself of this lifetime debilitation by isolating the triggers. In my case it was Severve Chronic Ulcerative Colitis. I was given the option of a Colostomy or a lifespan of less that 5 years in 1962. The only things that seem to have changed since then is nerves are not considered a causitive factor. Glucagon turns off of D5 Resulting in The very beneficial PG1'S. The PG3'S from EPA and PGE1 inhibit the Inflammatory pathway to the PG2'S. Restict Carbohydrates to Vegetables only without the starchy ones and a High Protein intake. Drink only filtered or fresh pure spring water, no other fluids.
