I haven't a clue how PMR ends! Have had it 18 months now and still going through the flareups. I get down to taking one 5mg of prednisone a day and try to go on one pred every other day but just can't do it. The pain returns, run a fever, get swelling here and there, and muscles feel like they have been torn apart. Don't find much support for PMR problems. Hope to find others who have this disorder, as it would help to know that others are going through the same terrible ordeal.
