Before my husband was actually diagnosed he suffered severe pain in his pelvis, low back, knees, shoulders...in other words, all of his joints. He had drenching "night" sweats as well. NOTHING over the counter or prescribed gave him any relief from his pain. Eventually, he started running a fever off and on throughout every day/night.
