I have had the surgery twice. The first time at 33 and it looked great. The second time at 54. By the time I had it done my eyes lids were so bad that I had no side vision, kinda like a horse with blinders. The doctor said it was the worse case he had ever seen. He took pictures before but never took them afterwards. He even did surgery in his office to try to correct the right eye and after a year I quit going back to him. I do not have baggy eye lids now but do have bags under my eyes, which goes with the age. No problem closing the eyes either time other than a feeling of stretching. It has been 9 yrs since the second surgery.
