June, How do I contact you personally? This is very interesting, as I know I do have a lot of food allergies. Now that I am getting older my joints are wearing out also, and have a lot of spine problems such as: bulging disc k, spinal stenosis, facet afthrophy, degenerative disk and degenerative facets. I just had a Caudal Steroid Epidural Injection at OSU yesterday, and will have 2 more. I am also wondering if the food allergies is causing all this degeneration along with Fibromyalgia, which was all I was diagnosed with a few years ago.
