I dont know about migraines, but wildly irregular periods plus night sweats? Sure sounds like menopause or at least perimenopause. I had irrregular periods for a few years before actual menopause and was told this is normal. Hot flashes and night sweats came later, when I was catapulted into full menopause by chemotherapy for breast cancer.
