Hi Rosa, I also have SMS, i am currently taking 110mg of valium/day. I had the classic symptoms, spasms,startle easily,falling over like a tin soldier, the only thing, my spasms weren't violent. As for your work, I had to quit. I aslo worked, as a Respiratory Therapist. The valium has done me wonders, but being on so much, i believe that i would be a liability, especially working on patients. I am now on Social Security. I go to a neuro doc at Ochsner Hospital in Louisiana. My antibody titer for GAD was 1:19,000. Did You also have this blood test drawn? I don't know what to tell you about work, especailly being a nurse, that's up to you and your employer, and how much valium you take , I guess. If you have any Q. feel free to email me.
