I would suggest that you put him on vitamins - I have a 9 year old son with dyspraxia... he had all the characteristics of all other kids in this forum - a VERY short fuse and pushing, hitting other kids and just generally on red alert all the time. I put him on vitamins in April 2002 and the teacher immediately noticed a difference in him - she called me and asked me what I had done (this made me so happy!) he was able to focus in the classroom and the outbursts were almost never. It was obvious that his body was lacking certain vitamins due to his poor diet. I put him on Kirkman Vitamins and saw a new child, literally! More able to focus in class and just generally nicer to be around... Before thinking about "drugs" everyone should try these vitamins - Super Nu-thera (multi-vitamin) and DMG (vitamin b's for the nervous system with folinic acid) you can get both in liquid or pill form - www.kirkmanlabs.com I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
