i know how you feel. i have been unwell for a few years now and finally think it is candida. i'm experiencing panick attacks, anxiety, heart palpitations, hot flushes, terrible bloating have had a rash on my stomach for a couple of years, red with white pigment spots and itchy, i've had thrush athlete's foot, very sore throat recently and chest pains. I'm trying to get a good doc to diagnose me and give me the right remedie, diet is a big factor apparently but i don't know what to eat that makes it better, apparently avoid all sugars and wheat. let me know if you find anything else out and vice versa. regards jo
