I also have an 11 yr. old son with ADHD .Currently he is on Adderall 3 times a day.This was only after Ritalin for yrs. It seems to help but this year he is not doing his assignments for class and acts much more immature than others his age. He is in public school.Just last week, I spoke with his teacher and she suggested that we keep him back in the 5th grade again next year.It is not that he is failing but she doesn't think he is ready for middle school with 6 classes.But at the sane time we worry about his self esteem.I don't know of any boarding schools, please let me hear from you.God bless you and yours, Patsy
