I have what i have always called an allergy to cold. When i put my hands water they turn red and swell then turn to hives. It also happens wheni go out in the cold my face , neck,hands or what ever is not covered turns red swells, hives and burn and itch. This can happen just from getting out of the shower. I was just told about Raynauds but i an confused if this is really what i have of not. My throat also can swell if i drink or eat anthing cold. Do you have any ideas of what this could be.
