Yes it is not curable and I to went to Canada to try SERC-Now I'm going in to have my right ear destroyed by putting a tube in the ear drum and administering gentlemiacin in the ear 2 x a day unitl the ear is totaly destroyed. But to me it worth giving up my hearing in my right ear than going thru this vertigo vomiting and always being tired on the valuims I take. I've tried everything from chiropractics, acupunture hers serc vitamins medical diuretics, antivert, after four years I have had enough. I pray it does't go into by left ear.
