I just want to thank you for posting your message. A few months ago I was diagnosed with moderate displasia as well. My Dr performed a LEEP procedure, in which they remove the bad cells by cutting them off. I went back for my 2nd Pap and it came back abnormal again. This time the is refering me to a specialist who will most likely perform the laser surgery. I am scared because the last procuder was very painfull, and it did not make the displasia go away. At least from you message I know a little of what to expect. Thank you! Don't worry about what your new guy with think. If he cares about you, he will be understanding and supportive. I am engaged and we are getting married July of next year. My fiance went to my last colpo with me, and is being very supportive, which I'm sure you know is something we need in this situation. Hang in there. :)
