Cheryl, My husband who is 48 was diagnosed On Nov.1 with Dialated Cardiomyopathy. He also is on Coreg. At first his Dr.put him on 3.25mg. He was on that for about a month and now he's been on 6.25mg. since Dec. He does feel very tired and exhausted but each day seems to get better! The Dr. told him they will up him very slowly in the Mg's they give to him because you actually get worse before you get better with Coreg. Which means it takes time for your body to adjust!
