Dear Zina, I have been battling EN for almost three years now, having been to several specialists and now on my third round of biopsies. I'm on my second round of prednisone and was on SSKI until so much iodine caused a thyroid problem, which sent me to an endocrinologist. This is most painful and I just want to find some sort of cure....I've been told that if nothing is found on this last round of testing that I may become a case study for Brown University. This is so horrifying and frustrating to not know WHAT it is or HOW to manage it......I don't want to be on pain management the rest of my days......Glad to know I'm not alone (or crazy).......Elaine
