Did you try Diflucan. I had the same problem. Every month around the time I was expecting my period I would get what felt like an open sore. It hurt when I urinated. I didn't have the itching like normal yeast infections. I took the diflucan (needs to be prescribed by a doctor)and it helped for a while. I had to take it again about 6 months later. I still don't know if it was a yeast infection or not. I know how scary it is.
