Wow! That many "strokes" in a month? TIA's are Transient Ischemic Attacks and come from a decreased supply of blood to a certain part of your brain. The decrease is enough to temporarily shut down that spot but not permanently damage the area, as a "Stroke" will. As far as the medical jargon goes, The basilar artery is hard for them to see and very twisted. They see a spot (lesion) which would indicate a damaged part (or scar tissue) near the pons (lower part of brain). No big message here, sounds like the radiologist is not really finding a lot to account for your problem..... I would have to see more of the reports. CT scan? MRI? What is your Triglyceride level? How about Platelet count, PTT/PT, etc.... Good luck, hope this helped a bit!
