My son is now 12 and has every diagnosis I thought possible. Then I began looking into frontal lobe epilepsy and I will be taking him t UW Hospital in a few weeks. At any rate, one of his problems is TS. Whe he was pre-school until about 9 or 10 I had to always cut off the tags of shirts, pants, etc. because they would drive him wild. TS kids are very sensitive to any number of kinesthetic (?) stimuli. This could be what is going on with your son. My son is bothered by his pants in the *front* and looks like a baseball player grabbing his crotch! :-(
