I am 21 and was just diagnosed with Costrochondritis. I've had this pain in the left side of my chest for the past three weeks. I began getting short of breath a couple of days ago. I don't know if it's related. I took celebrex for the pain for about a week and it didn't seem to help. I've been taking lots of advil over the past few days and it seems to be helping more. I'm very curious about this condition. It seems that most of its sufferers are young women.
