I read your message re quinine with much interest. I also get a lot of muscle spasms. What do you mean by tonic water? Is it sold as quinine in the supermarket or drugstore? Is there a certain brand I should look for. I really would like to try it. It sounds so simple. Would appreciate your reply. Thanks Marge
