#1 , reverse your food intake... no veggies, no legumes (beans, peas, sprouts), which cause gas, no spices, (same reason) , and go w/ BLAND , easy to digest creamier things..no sodas, beers or the bubbly likes of the same... As for those hiccups, theres an accupressure point between the thumb & forefinger that seems to work, often...good luck
