Have had one sided epidiymitis for five months which developed after a long bike ride. One doctor said surgery is 50-50. Another said 30% better, 30% same, 30% worse. Plan to try and wait a year first. Currently taking Aleve, and mobic, an antiinflammatory. Tried peppermint oil on the external surface and seems to feel a little better.
