i'm an 18 old female with hyperthyroidism. I've taken numerous medications but nothing had worked. Finally I did that iodine treatment. To be honest with you, it didn't really work. It just helped me gain my weight back but all the other syptoms are still apparent. I would advise anyone that getting the surgery would probably be a better idea than the iodine treatment.
