Dear Robin, thank you for replying to my message. As regards the heparin shots, do not worry at all. I have been administered low molecular weight heparin injections in my belly twice daily after each of the 4 DVT I suffered. There is no pain at all, it is just a small needle that is injected subcutaneously. I have also been told that during pregnancy, the shots may be administered in your arm, which I have already done on two occasions and there is nothing to worry about. So.
