I have dignosed with labyrinthitis, I have done a lot of research regarding this illness. I have found a few ways to help relieve some of the intense dizzy spells that are associated with labyrinthitis. I would am also starting up a support group for this. Please email me for more information. I would even just enjoy hearing from all of those who suffer from this. I know it sometimes seems hopeless, but keeping a positive attitude is one big step to getting well again!!!!!! I have some excercises you can do at home to help improve your balance in your inner ear. I also have some health eating tips to minimize the headaches and dizziness. From what I know, Labyrinthitis is the aftermath from a serious ear infection. Now, we have to rehabilitate our ears. I am not a doctor, and these things might not work for you, and maybe this won't go away. But I know one thing, I am not willing to give up my life because of this. I know it could be worse. It is time to get our lives back. Please email me at anytime, would love to hear from some new friends that are in the same boat as me. ReefSA2000@aol.com I do have one question maybe someone can answer. I work on a computer, I also wear headphones, 5 hours a day. I notice the dizziness and headaches are worse when I am at work.....could it be the headphones?
