I am a 46 year old male that has been diagnosed with prinzmetal angina. I had a cardiolite stress test that showed my heart wasn't getting enough oxygen after being on the tread mill, so I had an angiogram and that showed no blockages at all, not even any narrowing of the arteries. Before the angiogram, they had me on metoprolol and aspirin and I continued to have symptoms, although not as bad as earlier. After the angiogram, they switched meds to Tiazac 180 mg and aspirin, and I have not had any symptoms since.
