I have spondylolisthesis at L4&5. I also have faucet joint syndrome and severe degenerative disc disease. I am going to a pain Clinic in a downtown hospital every two months. They give me enough pain medications to last for two months. Has made a big difference in my mobility and I now have a better quality of life. Thank goodness for pain management specialist. I have been on a fentanyl pain patch for two yrs. and take breakthrough medication for pain when needed. I was told that is what the pain medication is for people like me in severe pain. I have had chronic back and leg pain for 11yrs. now. Would like to hear from other people like me that finally have a better quality of life thanks to the pain management specialist.
