I had a baby 17 months ago, and a pelvic exam 2 months ago, and the fibroids were not detected. I had a lap. to remove my gallbladder and my surgeon found them. I have an appointment with my doctor next week, but I am completely freaking out! I haven't had my period in 3 months. (no not pregnant) I am afraid its connected, I am afraid of the suddeness. My mother had them at my age and had to have a hysterectomy, I'm afraid of that. I want more babies, but I am afraid I might not be able to. At this point I am afraid. I can't get the answers I want right away and it's driving me crazy.
