I recently moved into a pet friendly apartment building and the smell is so bad I have put a glade plugin. Ever since then I have had a itchy scratchy throat and cough. I rarely have sinus issues unless it's spring and the dust is flying around but it's so bad right now even Benadryl doesn't seem to help. Even NyQuil hasn't done anything. So for now I am diagnosing myself as allergic to this glade plug in and I'm unplugging it to see if it resolves my health. Hope it helps! Miserable feeling!
