I'm about to find out if my 7 month old son has true craniosynostosis. His pediatric neurologist ordered a CT scan 2 weeks ago and her nurse called me to say that one suture on the back side of his skull has closed. Since then the neurologist has been on vacation and I can't get a real diagnosis or options for treatment from her nurse because she's "not qualified to answer those types of things". So needless to say I'm pulling my hair out from reading all the stories on the web, but I noticed there was a post from Danielle who said her child's surgery was performed at Scottish Rite in Atlanta? That's where my son would have his, if necessary. So any advice from you, Danielle, would be great! Thanks.
