I have had herpes for about 1 1/2 years now and am still totally devastated by it. I have a hard time having any kind of relationship with anyone because eventually if you want a more intimate relationship, you have to tell them. Needless to say, they all usually run from the situation. My friends tell me that if any man is really worth having, that my disease will not matter. Well, I have not ran into one man to whom this would not make a huge difference. I guess what I am asking is that if anyone has this and also has a loving relationship, please tell me. I feel like an intimate relationship is not possible for me, unless I track down a partner who already has herpes and doesn't mind being intimate with someone else that has it. If anyone has any words of wisdom, I would be more than happy to hear them. Thanks
