Tonesha--Have the bypass. I was told I had type 2 diabetes two years ago. I have trouble with bp and cholestrol. I inherited osteoarthritis from my mother. I need knee replacement. I'm trying to get the okay for the gp surgery because it will help all my problems. Ask the doctor about your condition. I don't know how old you are, but as you get older, the bp, cholestral, etc. starts to become a larger problem. Get all the info you can and then decide.
