My shoulders and now all of my joints in my body have been poping and cracking in and out of place pain at random and nerve twitching thoughout my body does anything like that sound familiar? I know also that I have bone spurs in the cervical area 3 4 and 5. Maybe that is part of it . But the doctors don't understand the joints poping , they tell me that part is unrelated
