Have you seen a hepatologist? Your LFT's are elevated for a reason. A lot can happen in 4 years, have another biopsy. AIHep can be insidious. It attacks cells and ORGANS. Am awating a liver transplant due to this. Predisone is the only drug that may keep it in check. Which would you rather do... Wait and pray you may get an organ, risk death, deal with organ rejection, and immunosupresent drugs, manditory pedisone Rx, and get maybe 10 years before you face chronic rejection?
