I have suffered from this since I was about 10 years old. I am now 30 and still have not resolved this problem. I have been to hospital for about a week when I was 10, went to a urologist when I was 25 and 30 and the only solution was to take painkillers and anti-inflammation drugs. I will not do this as I tried doing this when I was 25 and almost lost my job. I am struggling with it still now. I have never had any injury at that part of my body ever. It just got sore and has never stopped since. The 2nd urologist saw in June 2001 said the only option was the anti-inflammation drugs and pain killers as the other options were to have the epididymus removed on both testes making infertile or removal of the testicals completely making infertile and sex problems. The latter two options not really viable due to the side effects of these choices.
