Hi Susan, I know how you feel, have had same problem for almost 2 years, have tried everthing. A new dermotoligist, associated with Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston, has prescribed " Ketotifen" generic for Zaditen. I talke 2 tab 2x per day you can take up to 3 tab 2x per day. I"m not cured, but I can finally get on with my life! Ketotifen is not avail in US I order if from canadian pharmacy, you need a prescription. Its expensive 68.00 for 100 tab., but at this point I'd do anything to get relief. Research on this condition (utricaria) claims if you've had it for more than 6 months you can expect it to last for 10 yrs!. My doctor says 2-3 years is about average. If I can help you in any way.
