Do you use Carpet Fresh? My daughter had similar problem at age 3 Babysitter had dogs, & she put Carpet Freshener on carpet to rid house of odor. We took my daughter to same DR. 3x...and he kept saying it was Scabies. We kept telling him it wasn't because no one else had it. I went to visit Babysitter one day & saw her put Freshener on Carpet. I told my daughter to stay off the carpet, to only sit on the couch. The red rash like bumps went away. It was the carpet freshener that was the culprit. Good Hunting. Let me know if this helps.
