My wife has had chronic or ideopathic urticaria for 6 years, but no hypoglycemia. Used to use Claritin until it no longer worked. With serious out breaks, she used atarax. She is going to try Allegra as a maintenance dosage next. Doctor says to eliminate all stress in her life. Good Luck!
