i can under your problem,I passed two kidney a few years ago,And now I'm facing back surgery for something call a "SYNOVIAL CYST" the only way to find out is a MRI lower back is the cause of somethings going bad or ruptured like a volcano.My first MRI showed disc bulges doctor that I was referred to gave me the run around by saying disc bulges is like having wrinkles in your face.The next time you cannot sleep go directly to a hospital ER tell them your havig chest and severe lower back pain with numbness in the legs and arms.Chances are you are having numbness with nagging lower back pain. DON'T GIVE UP THE MEDICAL SYSTEM IN OUR COUNTRY IS CORRUPT
